PIPING SPOOLS & MANIFOLDS
ASME B31.3 & B31.1 Process Piping Spools
We fabricate high-integrity process piping spools ranging from 1/2″ to 72″ NPS across all wall schedules (Sch 10 through XXS). Fully qualified welding procedures (WPS/PQR) for Carbon Steel, Stainless, Duplex, and Nickel Alloys. All spools undergo bevel verification, fit-up inspection, hydrostatic pressure testing up to 15,000 PSI, and internal blasting/coating.
PRESSURE VESSELS & SEPARATORS
ASME Section VIII Div 1 'U' Stamp Vessels
Custom engineering and fabrication of 2-phase and 3-phase production separators, knock-out drums, filter separators, surge tanks, and flash vessels. Capable of rolling and welding plate up to 3″ thick with diameters up to 14 feet. Complete in-house hydrotesting, post-weld heat treatment (PWHT), and ASME Authorized Inspector (AI) sign-off.
MODULAR SKID PACKAGES
Turnkey Process, Pump & Metering Skids
Integrating piping, structural skids, pressure vessels, pumps, valves, and electrical/instrumentation into pre-commissioned modular systems. Skids are factory tested to minimize costly field installation hours, ideal for offshore platforms, remote gas plants, and refinery expansions.
HEAVY STRUCTURAL FABRICATION
AWS D1.1 Pipe Racks, Platforms & Walkways
Heavy structural steel fabrication conforming to AISC and AWS D1.1 standards. We manufacture modular pipe racks, stair towers, equipment skids, offshore lifting frames, and maintenance platforms with hot-dip galvanized or high-performance marine epoxy coatings.

High-purity root pass welding for alloy pipe spools and severe service lines.
