We fabricate all grades of Carbon Steel (A106, A53, A333, SA-516, A36, A572), Stainless Steels (304/304L, 316/316L, 317L, 321, 347), Duplex Alloys (2205 Duplex, 2507 Super Duplex), and Nickel Alloys (Inconel 625/825, Hastelloy C-276, Monel, Alloy 20) as well as Chrome-Moly steels.

Every project is accompanied by a comprehensive Manufacturing Data Report (MDR). This turnover package includes 100% traceable Mill Test Reports (MTRs), Positive Material Identification (PMI) records, certified weld maps with welder ID stamps, NDE inspection reports (RT, UT, MT, PT), hydrostatic test charts, PWHT charts (if required), and coating thickness logs.

Yes, absolutely. We regularly accommodate third-party inspection agencies such as DNV, ABS, Lloyd’s Register, Bureau Veritas, and client-appointed QA/QC representatives. We provide dedicated office space and inspection holding bays for hold-point and witness testing.
